The location and cleanliness

Central location (but this comes with a lot of noise from the artists performing in Covent Garden which is just around the corner).
And the kitchen with all the utilities. The WiFi and heating was very good.
Old apartment with cheap furniture, uncomfortable and hard beds. Impossible to get proper rest: no soundproofing, very loud noise both day and night.
You can hear every step in the building and all the conversations in the street.
The bathroom is tiny and the shower barely runs which is unacceptable but the apartment was not renovated probably to save money.
Pity... Minimal comfort would mean replacing the beds and shower.
