not clean at all - bad shape, not maintained properly, no towels refresh, the coffee machine and TV not operating well and no access to the property parking lot.

Great location, a great place for a tuple of young people. New building.

The location is very good, near the beaches and near to the mall

The room was not clean, there were stains on the floor and dust everywhere. The worst part was the scent, the room stinks of cigarettes and mold. It was impossible breathing in the room without opening all windows. It was DISGUSTING!. We were afraid using anything the room offered such as towels and sheets or even walking on the floor without shoes. On the second and third day of our stay there was no water in the room. Due to a flood in other part of the hotel they shut the whole water system so we had to ask the maintenance to open the water for us every time we needed to wash our hands, shower or use the bathroom. We are never going back here!

It's an appartments complex. There is a security guard 24/7. The apartment was clean, comfortable bed

Strong cigarettes smell, though it says that the appartment is non-smoking. This completely ruined our stay. The owner asked us "not to break anything..." which sounded like a really weird request from a normal 40 year old couple. The apartment is clean but requires maintenance especially the shower area. We will not return to this place, not our cup of tea.

Spacious apartment, big comfortable bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the sitting room. Clean, beautiful view to the pool in the yard from the big balcony with sofas. We liked the balcony very much.

You need to write City Resort Palmore in Waze, if you use the address, the Waze brings you to a wrong place. There is no microwave - we missed it a lot. In the bathroom the towels are very old. There was no shampoo, only soap. We did not find a way to completely turn off light in the bedroom. The switch toggles light from bright to dim, but to turn it off fully we had to unscrew the bulb - very strange.

Apartment and the swimming pool.

The first day we couldn't use the swimming pool because was in maintenance day. I took the apartment only for 2 nights. The welcome to the building was a disaster because there is a legal dispute btw the different owners and the staff were taken position, a pity... Last thing, when I claim for a compensation they told me that the swimming pool issue is something normal...no more comments about it...

The place is clean and nice. a big pool.

I needed to wait till the owner will escort me on the firts day so I waited till he will come (The place just give security services).
