18 In Town Homestay

The location is great - right in the center, very close to all the main temples and pretty much everything you’d want to see in the Old Town. At the same time, the street itself is very quiet, which is perfect when you want to relax and get some rest after a day of exploring. The place itself is really cozy, and the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. We stayed for only two days, but it felt very homey and comfortable. The breakfast was homemade as well, prepared by the hosts themselves, which was a really nice touch.

If you get a room on the first floor, you might hear some creaking from the floor above when people are walking around. I don’t think it’s much of an issue at night, but if you’re a very light sleeper, it could potentially wake you up. For us, though, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, we enjoyed the place and would happily stay here again!

It was very comfortable and felt like a stay at a family members house!

Ottima Colazione nel giardino soprattutto perché è possibile personalizzarla. Gentilezza della proprietaria che abita in una delle stanze. Apprezzata anche la posizione e la pulizia della stanza e del bagno con riassetto giornaliero.

Piccola pecca è la grandezza del bagno con lavandino minuscolo. Eravamo nella stanza a piano terra e magari non è la migliore, ma ok per qualità prezzo.

The room was large and spacious, the bed soft and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight - a great spread with main dish, fruit, and dessert plus a beverage corner for coffee/tea. The location was good - in a quiet neighborhood a little behind the main street, walking distance to a lot of sights in the old city. There were umbrellas for loan and Nai was very helpful in arranging to book a tour. Would definitely stay again!

The shower could get clogged, it would probably benefit from daily cleaning of the drain. A lot of mosquitoes in the morning, but that is common as the breakfast area is located next to the garden with a lot of plants - might want to bring mosquito repellent.
