A stunning and unique place, the setting was beautiful but also the design and attention to detail in the accommodation was beautiful. We were served a delicious evening meal in the lovely dining barn. More than anything we found great kindness and a relaxing, happy atmosphere. We will be back!

We should have stayed longer! 😂

The quietness

We arrived earlier. there was no one available to open the gate. Called and was told someone will be there in 5 min. Well, it took about 25. He did not speak English. Gave us the keys to a bungalow and disappeared. Nobody asked if we want breakfast. the bungalow was tiny, like a playhouse. Nothing like the pictures in the internet. Tiny "kitchen", a little table with 2 chairs, No hot water in the bathroom. The upstairs, reachable over a steep ladder, was more spacious and had a double and a single bed - both creaking with every movement. The roof was raw, unpainted OSB board. Next morning, still nobody there. The gate was open, so we left. Sorry, for 150€ a night I expect more.
