Every time we walked into the lobby we sighed after a busy day of touring. It smells amazing and just has a calming peaceful vibe. Beautiful room with a balcony. Extremely quiet even with the balcony. The bathroom was gorgeous with rain shower and heated towel rack. The bed was firm. Great location. Easy to walk to many attractions and places to eat. The archeological history of the hotel is really interesting.
That we had to leave.

I spent 5 nights and was there and it was the second time at this Hotel. They have a perfekt service, friendly and lovely staff--best wishes to Jessica, who teached me in Portuguese and did her best for all of the guests for breakfast. All of you they fulfielled all wishes. The location is excellent. Quite place at all. I really will recommend Aurea for the others and of course I too will come back next year.

Breakfast, helpful staff
The stench on the corridor, the staff smoking in the bathrooms as there are no detectors, no slippers, poor design of the room.
