The room setup for our family was perfect. The kids had a separate room but we were connected by a small entrance area behind locked doors. The location was perfect to take in all of the sites and restaurants.

I travel a lot for work and this was one of best hotel experiences I’ve had in recent years! Everybody’s so friendly and tries to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Obrigado!

the staff is amazing and very attentive. the rooms are modern, and the beds comfortable.

breakfast was fine, but not great. for a 4 star hotel i did not expect a buffet. and the espresso drinks were not good. don’t waste your money including breakfast in your stay.

Great locatio, nice design, very nice horel bar. Cosy, comfortable bar.

The only thing is the fact that the parking lot was located around 300 m from the hotel, which means that you have to schlepp your luggage all the way from there.

Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy walk to many attractions. Room was spacious and very comfortable, and nicely decorated. Hotel staff were extremely helpful, particularly with assisting us in getting bus tickets when the train we were to take to Porto was on strike. Nice ample breakfast.

Location was great, immaculately clean, lovely room, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. Perfect!

Shower was a little difficult to work, probably just me!

Amazing hospitality and service. First time I have been offered extras for free and got room already at 11 a.m.. Cozy and friendly atmosphere. Very good breakfast with nice choice. Nice bar with perfect drinks. Big bathroom.

Fantastic location in the centre of the city. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choice. Staff were very helpful. Bottle of fizz in the room was a lovely touch.

Room was very small, couldn't even open the wardrobe properly. 2 people couldn't walk around the bedroom at the same time.
