Great location with lots of bars and restaurants.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Very small room, only stayed for 1 night so we managed but would be a problem if staying for longer

The location was excellent we were able to access public transportation easily from Rossio station. Very touristy area, so be prepared for that, but all of Lisbon proper is. The rooms were clean and very quiet. Some of the large doors stuck a bit when trying to close them in the room. But otherwise the room was clean and the staff was lovely. Breakfast is available in the little room off the hotel lobby. It was fine but nothing fabulous.
