Good location, spacious room, comfortable bed, shower operated well.
The bins are poor quality, they should have a lid. The cleaners did a poor job in the bathroom, bathroom had visible dirt and mold. Toilet paper box looked like it had never been cleaned. Overall weakness in cleaning, lack of excellence.

The cleaning staff offered me free drinking water to us everyday. It felt us so good. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was spacious and nicely clean. The staff at the receiption was also good but was very straight forward. They just handed over the keys to us when we check in withour saying welcome nicely and without telling us other details about the nearby areas, wifi details etc.

Location of the hotel was helpful to reach parks and several key places in the city.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent overall, but it would be even better if some food were not cold (eg: omelets).
This was one of few hotels in Almaty with spacious triple room.
Overall, good hotel to stay with family.
Quality of certain food presented for breakfast should be improved, especially cheese.
It was quite disappointing to not have any cleaning device in the toilet, despite Kazakhstan being a Muslim country. Bathroom facilities were not in great shape overall.
