Good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.

Shower temperature could be hit and miss.

It’s very well located. The staff are really helpful, prompt and there is always someone who speaks English to help. The breakfast and the food in general is very good with very quick in room dining with lots of options. The rooms are large and have windows that open.

There is nothing not to like.

Excellent location in the heart of Almaty. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options. The room was well equipped, featuring a large and comfortable bed, and the hotel also had a great wellness area. ATMs were conveniently available inside the building. Overall, an excellent choice with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Although the hotel is advertised as non-smoking, we actually had to change rooms because cigarette smoke was coming into ours. When we reported it, the maintenance staff sarcastically suggested that the smell was probably coming from the carpet, which was hard to believe since there was no smell at check-in and it became very strong later in the evening. Enforcing the non-smoking policy for both guests and staff really shouldn't be that difficult. The Wi-Fi was also extremely unreliable, working one moment and disappearing the next. For the price paid, a stable internet connection should be a basic expectation.

Nice restaurant

I'd like for an early check in - The Hotel even didn't respond. Total chaos during check-in, I've got a key to the room at 15.20, when I enter the room, cleaning service was still there. Hotel is located at old building and need renovation. AC filters was so dirty, that I had to remove it to reach proper temperature. I also lost a ring at my hotel room - no any information from hotel about it.
