Location was great, right next to Mega Park (which has restaurants, supermarket, shops, ATMs). You can get simcard from Beeline store there. There are also two 24/7 local convenience stores around the area. Easy to order YanGo cabs. Although it is about 25-30' walk to the center.
The room we got was very big and spacious, like a studio apartment. Toilet and bathroom were separated into 2 rooms. They had 24/7 services.
It was at first a little bit difficult to navigate the hotel since it is located in a big residential complex (it is located behind 2 playgrounds FYI).
Air ventilation was quite bad in the toilet and bathroom (did not seem to work at all), hence the smells were quite terrible...
The mattresses and pillows were not too comfy. Laundry was a little bit pricey to be fair.
Staff did not speak much English but they were helpful and we got by well by Google Translate.

Spacious rooms and good location in Almaty. Overall clean.
While the room incl. shower was generally clean, we did find a pair of underwear and a hairbrush in our room from previous guests. Aircon did not work. We mainly had interactions with one staff working the reception whose attitude could maybe be improved.

Location is good
There’s is no lift.
And the staff is also not supportive.
We had to climb 4 floors and with a family it’s not that practical.
The absence of lift is not mentioned in description while booking.
The rooms were booked to 2 days. It was not cleaned the 2nd day.
There were no toiletries in the room.
