Scheduled daily room service. But with NOTHING complementary including bottle of water. Even you are not allowed to take second piece of bread in the breakfast. 😀

Charging me more than my other group members, while we could not understand the difference between room type. After 3 nights, I had to check out and do booking in another hotel leaving my baggage at the front desk so to collect it in afternoon (on return from my workshop). But when I came to collect my baggage, I was not allowed and was offered for a better room same price as of my friend.

Breakfast was sparse. Location was right at the intersection of a major road, as such was not suitable for leisure walks.

There was cockroach in the room and I suspect bed bugs too. All TV channels were French speaking except one news channel. Communication was a major barrier as I am not vast in the French language. The hotel promised to pick us at the Airport on arrival but they did not show up and it was difficult to question them because of the language barrier.

Customer service is very poor! The Managing director is quite a bully, he certainly bullies his way around the place. We checked out at noon but requested to remain in the Hotel premises till our ride arrive. After 30 mins, one of the hotel worker came to us at the hotel terrace to request to leave or extend the stay! I have never seen anything like that! Customer services is very poor! Never never would I recommend anybody else here.

Great location and staff support. Good internet service. They change beddings and towel daily.

The breakfast was very basic, with no fruits or vegetables. It will be nice to label food, for people with special food habits.

When we upgraded and paid more, we had a very nice room. Restaurant made a wonderful salad for me each night, and other food was tasty too.

We booked a double room, which ended up being dark, small, uncomfortable, slightly smelly. We were quoted a price more than double that to move into a bigger, brighter room. When I said we were cancelling the next two nights of our stay, and started looking online for a different hotel, they relented and gave us a better price. Still felt like bait-and-switch to me. Pay attention to whether you're booking an 'economy' room. We booked 'breakfast included' then were told that was only for one breakfast, and we'd have to pay for the second. At breakfast, when our friend went back for a second croissant, attendant told him separate charge 1000CFA for that!! We were allowed one cup of coffee! Extra charge for the second cup!! Well, we managed to settle up in the end without extra charges and with a second breakfast . . . but WOW! Not fun to feel watched all the time!

Wifi and AC was good

They would not honour my Booking.com price. Even when I complained to Booking.com, the hotel did not respond to their emails. This went on for 3 days, and after I checked out, Booking.com finally gave me the credit that is owed to me.
