Cosy, very intimate and shill atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and customer-service oriented. The food is delicious and resonantly price. Except for the WIFI that is very weak, this Hoyle gets 5 stars. I highly recommend it.

The staff were nice, and the place was okay.
The big problem I had was that they asked me to pay 2 times even though I booked my reservation via Expedia and paid in full.
It looks like they don’t have a system to register the guests payment. I spent over 30 minutes going back and forth with the hotel personnel regarding the payment. After I provided them with the receipt, he settled everything. The next day when I was leaving the hotel, they asked me to pay again. Have to explain myself twice. It was embarrassing
