Lovely quiet farm, comfortable bed and nice continental breakfast each morning. Lovely hosts and free parking. Peaceful, cottage life.

Shower had low pressure but otherwise lovely.

The breakfast was excellent and we were able to have outside in the lovely garden!

Fantastic hosts

Breakfast was continental but unlike other places there was a real choice on offer. It was lovely weather so we chose to have our breakfast in the garden. What a beautiful view. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet retreat look no further. It is superb value for money could not fault it.

Lovely rural property with a friendly and knowledgable host, comfortable room and beautiful garden and grounds. The continental breakfast is first rate. We have stayed here on three occasions and will do so again. Thoroughly recommended.

Nothing springs to mind

Cottage in the depth of the Dorset countryside, the home of the hosts. Very quiet when we were there. Potentially quite hard to find, but Waze SatNav took us straight there, no problems. Excellent Wifi. Continental breakfast, option to have it in the garden. Cosy room, good TV. Excellent pub (host recommendation) for supper a short drive away.

Not a problem for a short stay, but guest access is to a fairly small (no room for an armchair) bedroom and bathroom only. Would get a bit claustrophobic if staying a week.

Everything

Jim and Teresa are excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble, they were very attentive without intruding. Their property is a beautiful cottage in a wonderful garden. We watched a buzzard flying and landing nearby whilst we had breakfast in the garden under the gazebo - a lovely continental selection and cereals. There was an endless supply of tea bags and fresh milk in our rooms, thank you. We listened to the owls at night. The bathroom is a shared one with the other bedroom, we knew this when we booked and it was no issue at all. The whole place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was a totally relaxing and enjoyable 2 nights. We would definitely stay again.

That the weather was poor during our stay and we couldn't have breakfast in the grounds.

Excellent continental breakfast. Freshly baked! Served in the lovely garden full of birds and flowers. You will be hard pressed to find more welcoming hosts. This is so important as I travel alone now. Both so friendly and helpful.! The local area has everything you need, with much more a short distance away.

Very lovely stay at a charming B&B. The hosts were extremely friendly and kind. The room was very comfortable and clean. I even received some delicious farm apples before leaving.

Welcoming beautiful little place in a wonderful location. Perfect place to stay to get away from it all.

bed room were upstairs with own bath room. Helpful local knowledge from staff. Lovely woodland walk to town. I saw a badger on the way back!
