Unfortunately, we experienced issues that have lead us to this email being composed. Upon arrival, roughly around 12pm, my partner was checked in, however to the incorrect room. Moreover, we only were moved a few hours later upon insisting that the room that we were placed was the incorrect one. So as a result, we had to repack and unpack our belongings and move to the room we should've been placed in initially. Additionally, I had called Motown over a week prior to our check-in to ensure that the booking was set and had further enquired that the accommodation had a generator as well as an air conditioner or fan. I was informed that indeed it had a generator as well as an air-conditioner in the room. As we got to our correct room, we had no fan, let alone an air-conditioner. The room was also advertised to have Netflix, but that seemed to only be true to an extent - the netflix is not connecting to the network. Upon my partner's enquiry to this, the lady at reception mentioned it could be because "other people are using the netflix". I'm sorry, but this is not an acceptable response. The room is advertised to have a functioning TV with Netflix and unfortunately that is not the case, and the poor excuse as well as the lack of care to resolve the issue is not adequate. The biggest shock, which again was not clarified anywhere on the booking, let alone given as a disclaimer telephonically - if we are to try enter the premise after midnight, we have to go to the mojo hotel and request someone to go with us to motown to gain access as no guest is given the code. I'm sorry, but I've never heard of guests having to do such a thing anywhere, especially considering the country we are in and the safety concerns associated thereof. It's experiences, amongt other things, that the consumer protection act was enacted.

Lack of communication, group bookings took priority , lost my luckage that was in staorage, def will give this place a miss!
