Need to let clients know bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs.

Spacious, 10 minute drive to Tumut, quiet area, picturesque countryside, host quick to respond.
Nothing, all good.

The location was peaceful, lovely, and quiet.
The property needs revamping. Needs new glassware dinner sets and cutlery knives that cut would be useful. Investment in towels that are thick rather than thin, tired looking would be good.. Some maintenance around the kitchen to repair laminate that's falling off. Skirting boards need painting and upstairs carpet needs replacing.
The matteress and bed squeak. The property needs some work to bring it up to standard.
