The location is very convenient, only 10-15 minutes to anywhere interesting in Canberra.
Facilities are very good: a well-supplied kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space, spotlessly clean bathroom with good water pressure, comfortable couch. The cottage is very quiet.
Our host, Victor, was personable and helpful.
The double bed was a little soft for my taste, but probably acceptable to most people.

Conveniently located for us, close to family and easy access to major roads to go anywhere. Well equipped kitchen. It was cold, and the cottage could be made cozy with the reverse cycle ac. and heater provided. Our hosts were pleasant and obliging.

This cottage provided everything that we required. Location to War Memorial was excellent.

Well equipped. Large bedroom has sofa bed too. Large bathroom including washer, dryer .able to park in driveway easier to unload into cottage. Comfortable for two people.
Old style stove. No carpet so cold under foot. Noisy kitchen exhaust fan. It is in a suburban area..which is obvious. We didn't have to cope with traffic peak hour. Better if owner provided Canberra map plus a tourist guide or two.

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I and was nice and cozy. We did ask for extra pillows and they were happy to provide these for us.

This is a whole cottage in the back yard of a house. It was very clean, quiet and spacious. Pizza and bar are a short walk away.

It was a lovely self contained cottage with everything you would need.
The walk from the car down the garden path with luggage etc . It would be no problem with someone younger

Looked like some left behind breakfast - quick oats and two cereal packets. No milk was available.
The cobwebs outside and inside. No shampoo or conditioner and no extra blankets!

Lovely, clean and very quiet.

Very well equipped and comfortable cottage at the bottom of the garden. It was very quiet and independent but the host was easily accessible if needed. Everything was slightly dated but clean and very comfortable and a very good sized space which even had a washing machine.
The stove took a long time to cook things but it did work and the oven was fine.

Minor - need for extra bedding, throws for sofa. Rather than turning on heating, a couple of blankets would be valuable

The cottage was excellent - fully equipped one bedroom apartment - complete with A.C., fully equipped kitchen.
The bed was comfortable - the aprtment was in a quiet location

Location is great if you want a quiet place out of the hustle and bustle of a city. City and attractions only minutes away. Beds super comfy. Accommodation provides everything. Hosts are great as you are left to come and go hassle free. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

The cottage was very homely with pictures on walls and ornaments in TV Cabinet.
Bed was very comfortable maybe pillows could be updated.They were very soft

Easy getting the keys. Friendly hosts. Quite area.
The weather was really cold & we weren't used to it. The heater in the bedroom was a bit small. There were no electric blankets or hot water bottle or wheat bags to warm up the beds before we got into the beds. The aircon in the lounge area was powerful though.

Facilities for breakfast lunch and dinner were as expected very good with the basics supplied utensils ,kitchenware where all in good working order.
Minor wear & tear was evident,maybe the bathroom plumbing could do with a update,nothing that is detrimental to the quality of time spent in the cabin though.
