Overall ambiance was good and clean

When we stayed there there was no available bacon for 2 consecutive days. Choices of foods for breakfast are limited but still all good

Extremely spacious; awesome breakfast buffet, service, staff, pools. Quiet area but close to the action. Perfect spot for kiteboarding right in front. LOVED our 8 day stay. Would gladly return!!

The hotel was classy, tastefully designed and the room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. Quiet location within walking distance to busy restaurants, market and town centre.

Breakfast was good but could do with wider selection of fresh fruit and other continental breakfast options.

Расположение отеля, он находится на ветреной части острова (мы были в январе), поэтому утром днем и вечером дует ветер, сначала подумали что это минус, но оказалось большим плюсом, загорать около отеля очень комфортно и не жарко 2. Отличная работа персонала! Ставлю за это класс, находиться в отеле было одно удовольствие 3. Заселили сначала на первый этаж, но захотелось номер видовой, попросили повыше и нас переселили, спасибо за это! 4. На территории хороший, дорогой вкусный ресторан, советую там поужинать 5. Если вы катаешь на кайте, то расположение идеальное, 5 минут до берега 6. Приятно было видеть охрану на входе в отель с пляжа, а также двери, спрашивают номер и потом запускают, такого не видели в других отелях 7. Отельные завтраки хорошего качества, есть фрукты и меняются переодически, не супер, но есть можно) 8. Спортзал хороший, есть весь инвентарь, занимались каждый день

1. Мы брали улучшенный номер и планировали что там будет кухня, но когда хотели приготовить что-то поняли что это муляж, не было ни приборов, ни плиты, ничего! Банально фрукты было нечем разрезать 2. Так и не поняли включен ли был трансфер до аэропорта или нет, заказывали отдельно сами Минусов особо нет, если честно)

Aqua is the place to stay in Boracay. The property was gorgeous and very well maintained in all ways. Magnificent pools with different depths that cater to all levels of swimming abilities. A big thumbs up to the staff at the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, swimming pool, and security. Always there with a smile and a helping hand. It is located on the peaceful quieter side on Bulabog Beach. It's a 5 minute walk to the other side to White Beach, and then you're amongst the hustle and bustle of D'Mall where there's lots of restaurants and shops.

Prachtig modern hotel direct aan het strand en voorzien van een zwembad. Gelegen aan de rustige kant van Boracay en 10 minuten lopen van het uitgaansgebied. Genoeg bedjes beschikbaar voor een dagje relaxen.

Het ontbijt viel wat tegen. Te weinig fruit en veelal elke dag alleen watermeloen. Ook de bediening bij het zwembad kan beter. De serveersters zijn er wel maar lopen niet voldoende rond.

Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls top. Zu Weihnachten war das Hotel nett geschmückt und es fand ein tolles Christmas Dinner statt. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Zur D'Mall und zum White Beach kann man entspannt zu Fuß gehen, oder man nimmt das stündlich angebotene Shuttle des Hotels. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls nah gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr groß.

Leider war unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zur Rückseite platziert, da gibt es sicherlich schönere Zimmer im Hotel. Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon nicht gestattet und generell im gesamten Hotel nur in der dafür eingerichteten Zone.

Locatie was top! Hotel ligt direct aan het strand (zonder strandbedje) maar geweldig om te kite surfen… deze worden over verhuurt. Wil je de drukte of een een strand met minder wind dan is er een shutle van het hotel of 700 meter lopen. (Vaak staat er wel een e-trike welke je voor €0,80 naar het centrum brengt. Wil je een ander mooi strand maar verder van de drukte moet je zeker pika beach bezoeken!!

一切东西都非常好，员工很热情，设备很新。每天的早餐也有新的体验。泳池非常棒。酒店非常体贴的帮我们升级了房间，房间非常大。整体感觉非常满意。

住在泳池边上，一定不要开窗户！我们停留了5天，每一天晚上都在和蚊子作战。希望下次去，酒店能够提供电蚊香。

Расположен в тихом месте, вдалеке от тусовок. Чистый,новый, ухоженный. Отличный завтрак шведский стол. Вежливый персонал. Удобная кровать. В номере стоит кофемашина - приятно:) Рекомендую!

Deluxe rooms have very limited views usually of other apartments. Noise in hallways from other guests and neighbourhood dogs and chickens at night/early morning No dedicated adults only pool/pool area Pool bar only opens at 1pm and very limited atmosphere around the pools or the hotel. Pool bar area needs to be revamped with more shaded/covered seating The hotel hasn't quite worked out if it is a family resort or a 5 star hotel Not recommended for couples wanting downtime around the pool areas

The property is very clean and everyone from the transportation, front desk, restaurant , room service were helpful and hospitable. We had trouble with our 3rd party airport transport where our driver never showed up and Aqua staff was able to accommodate us and pick us up right away from Caticlan airport to the port where Aqua private speed boat brought us to the Boracay port then their Aqua van picked us up and brought to the hotel itself. What a service! Exceptional! There’s a shuttle the brings you to and back from the d mall every hour til 10p. Large pool and great amenities. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in Aqua.

None. Everything was great! Their beach area is clean but preferred to swim and hang out by Station 2 white beach area about 10min shuttle( also walkable if you prefer)

New and very clean hotel! Very comfortable! The personnel are so friendly. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes by walk to the small, but they also have a shuttle there if you don’t like to walk. Everywhere you can find baskets with umbrellas which is very convenient if it suddenly starts to rain. For the beach rest, they will provide you special rug and even pillows for your comfortable stay! The food in the breakfast is delicious, every day different dishes. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone!

Everything is perfect, the only thing I would recommend is to add options for coffee. They only serve brewed coffee at the breakfast

The Hotel was nice and quiet. Rooms are spacious and good for family. There were 2 pools and it was big enough for people to swim. Food at the Qtchn was also delicious. Everyday different menu.

The beach are was not good for swimming. It was not as clean as beaches at Station 2 and 3.

Nice location and good looking

Transport cost is a scam ! Almost 3 times what you pay if you use local transport (which are easy to use). Most of the staff is really nice but some of them are a bit rude.

I love their bed, it’s very comfortable and soft. We had a good night sleep. Breakfast is also great and delicious! Staffs are very polite and helpful. The place is very clean.

It’s not located near the white beach although they have a shuttle going to dmall and it’s just walkable. Also they have a white beach on their own at Bulabog beach. It’s now clean, but not the same as the white beach where boat stations are.

When we check in inside to our room, there was a used towel inside the toilet. We call immediately and they came to take an action. Next time, the staff should double check the room during cleaning.

• I love the place and the ambiance. The rooms were very clean and cozy, the staff is very accommodating to our needs as well. They really cater to you. The rooms are really beautiful I can't say anything more but it was just fantastic! Worth the price! It's also not near the noise so you can really relax when you get there. • It was really close to D'Mall so you can either do a 5-10 minute walk towards D'Mall or catch they hourly shuttle for free! It's a really good location if you just want to chill. • Breakfast was really good! There was a variety of choices every day. The staff and the cooks were nice.
