Facilities were well maintained, a comfortable bed and a spacious room. The family who run this hostel are lovely, so caring and attentive to every guest.

I don’t even know where to start from. In my life of 15 years of travelling, I have never came across a host like this. She is the loveliest woman ever. With 3 cute kids as well. She is super helpful and even called me inside her home and cooked me food because I was hungry. I can’t thank her enough. PLEASE COME TO SAPA AND ONLY STAY HERE. YOU WOULD NOT REGRET IT.
Thank you for the amazing memories❤️

Our stay was great. Chi oi was very kind, cheerful and lovely. We have a toy poodle with us and she gladly accepts our baby. The location is great too. Very close to restaurants and city center.

Clean room and bath room, friendly host, good location with only a few minutes to the lake
Excellent value for price if you are not noise sensitive or light sensitive and do not spend a lot of time in the room.
Noise: children, dogs and motorcycles all the day
Soundproofing and privacy are compromised for ventilation and light: hole on the wall directly connecting to the hall way, the room door is partially glass. As a result, everything happening on the same floor feels almost as if it's happening right in front of you
