July House Central Sapa

Our stay at July House was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, the property owner, Eric, went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely at home. His attention to detail, genuine warmth, and hospitality truly set this place apart. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and offers exceptional comfort. A special shoutout to the local staff—they are wonderfully friendly, always smiling, and eager to help with anything you need. The highlight of our trip, however, was a custom 2-day, 1-night village trekking tour arranged entirely by Eric. This wasn't your standard tourist excursion; Eric connected us directly with his close local friends in the village, giving us an authentic, immersive experience where we ate home-cooked meals and stayed overnight with a local family. It’s an exclusive journey that only Eric could pull off thanks to his personal ties in the region. The room rate very cheap

The hotel is less than a 5-minute walk to the lake. So, you can easily walk to the lake to enjoy its beauty and take photos. It is less than a 2-minute walk to the local supermarket, which sells things cheaper than a lot of other shops. You can see a lot of tourists buy souvenirs like coffee there. The hotel has a lift as well, so no need to worry about carrying luggage to the room. The best part is the bed, which is very comfortable and has a nice smell. The blanket is very warm and ensures you won't get cold in cold weather in Sapa. The room is clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The owner and his staffs are friendly and have good English, so you can easily communicate with them. They also helped me to arrange a tour and get a ticket back to Hanoi.

My room didn’t have air conditioning, and as the other reviews pointed out, it can get super humid sometimes. Also the cleaning of the room was okay, but even when I found out it wasn’t that clean, the staff sent the cleaners again but the same issues remained.
