Guest House Eles

Great hosts. The babushka and her son were wonderful, warm, and friendly. The room was comfortable. It's a reasonable walk the grocery stores (15-20 min) and the Duet Cafe/hostel (5-7 min), or just 4-5 minutes by Yandex Go. A great place to stay and organized before heading out to the mountains!

Het voelt heel huiselijk aan. Super lieve vrouw.

Easy check in. Comfortable bed. We were able to leave bags while we were away doing a 3 day hike.

The host was not very helpful when it came to basic requests. For example when it came to booking through the local taxi app, while other guest stays and hostels were happy to oblige - he stated that it was too early for him to be able to help (9:30am). As well when booking, it stated that you could pay an add-on for breakfast. However, he made clear this would not be available to us. The bedroom door was broken and very difficult to lock if leaving the house. Finally, the host was greedy when it came to adding on additional costs. For example, trying to charge us extra because he washed some dishes for us. Which we were unable to do in the first place since the water had been off throughout the city.
