The property owner, Wik was very helpful and made our stay a very pleasant experience. Especially as we were in Ubud for the first time. He was able to organise activities and tours which we wanted to do to suit our needs and which we felt was reasonable. Breakfast was good. The place was comfortable. Short ride to the city centre by car, close to the monkey forest, Ubud palace and the city markets.
Would have preferred if the location was walking distance to restaurants and shops but given the privacy and the comfort of the accommodation, this was not a major problem. Especially if you plan your day well so you don’t have to go multiple times to the city centre.

Quite far out of town on a road with no walking path and limited food and shops close by.

Quite location, good breakfast, lovely staff who were always available to help, clean pool, well maintained gardens, safe environment, large and comfortable bungalow, good air-conditioning.
As this location is away from central Ubud, there are limited eating options and the walk into central Ubud is 45 to 60 minutes. No currency changers nearby either. You can get a Grab taxi into Ubud but it is something to be aware of. I ate at Warung Bintang and another cafe down the road but the lack of decent dining options was a real drawback for me.
