Karmel Villa Thalduwa Island - Five Bedroom Luxury Villa with Private Pool

The tropical location is very relaxing and matches the photos well. The house is built well and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the showers hot. The pool is fantastic.

The house is in need of a little extra maintenance, with a few elements starting to get tied (kitchen appliances not working, some bed sheets ripped, issues with some air conditioners (fixed quickly upon notification)). The staff (while lovely and friendly) are always around so it doesn’t feel like a “private villa”. We also had a real estate agent showing a buyer of the villa through without warning which was strange. It’s a little hard to get to, a fair way from the beach front. Worth noting that three rooms are connected in the main house, with the forth and fifth located in separate villas (same property, just disconnected). Also worth being aware that this is a tropical jungle, animals like to visit!
