Perfect location midway down the keys, close to many attractions and amazing views. Love the adults only area. The staff is super friendly.

Needs a microwave in room for leftovers late at night and would love a coffee maker in the room. Was looking forward to sitting out and having a frozen drink at night but the bar doesn’t serve them.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Meer - schöner Anblick. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Restaurant hat auch sehr feine Speisen.

Wenn in der Hotelanlage viel los ist, kann man den Lärmpegel im Zimmer deutlich hören (Holzbauten), kann störend sein, wenn man in Ruhe schlafen möchte.

Room was very large with great views. The main pool was lovely.

Restauration : la meilleure de notre séjour tant pour le petit déjeuner, que pour les cocktails : voilà de super barmen ! Et la cuisine également: 3 dîners de poisson bons.

The boutique size hotel was staffed by the friendliest and most helpful people, especially Morgan, the concierge. The property was large enough that you never felt like you were crowded by others. The hotel is located so that you can easily enjoy the Keys to the east and west.

The beach was partly washed out by a storm, and they were still working on replenishing it. They plan on having it completed soon.

Comfortable rooms. Jordan was awesome very personable! The young waitress and front desk staff very friendly! Loved the cats that wonder around the resort. The restaurant manager was another story we felt she was very sarcastic and rude with her comments.

The fact that housekeeping entered our room without being requested and left out room door ajar the whole day while we were out. Luckily no one entered our room and nothing went missing. Once again the restaurant manager being rude.

High winds attracted kiteboarders, the view from our room was excellent, clean with good linens, 2 very nice pools (family and adult only) many amenities to enjoy

soft beds, no water glasses, lack of in-room info about the property and surrounding area, high shower head, low water pressure resulted in a challenge for all, especially shorter people. Hot tub was hot, but the jets did not work. **The unavoidable stench and noise from the beach re-nourishment during our stay. (Could not leave sliding glass door open due to smell)

My husband and felt like it was an all inclusive resort just for us. This property was absolutely beautiful.

Parking lot big potholes needing filled. Wifi not very good. A "glitch" supposedly caused our room keys to stop working early (right after we got a text reminding us of checkout) and we couldn't get in to our room. VERY inconvenient and staff couldn't get them working again either so they had to go let us in. These things happen understandably but for what we were charged the inconveniences of going all the way to front from 3 rd floor, wasting time and after receiving the text and then keys quit it felt like we were being rushed out, and so then we had to take everything out of room at one time or go get someone to let us in again. The resort did NOT offer a compensation or discount for this big frustration. The beach chair cushions were worn and not clean.

The condo was large. The bartender by the pool was great!

The condo was very dirty. The trash in the kitchen hadn’t been taken out. The dishes and silverware were dirty. There wasn’t enough cups or plates. The kitchen table had food stains. The stove and oven were filthy. I don’t think it had ever been cleaned. The back of the bedroom door was covered in dust. The floor was dirty. The bed was rock hard. The furniture was too sparse and there was no place to put your suitcase except on the floor. The living room had an old crate for the coffee table.

Our room was large and faced the beach/pool area, so we enjoyed opening the doors and getting fresh air and a great view. We loved the adult pool and hot tub options (we are not fond of kids anymore!). The pools were nice and warm. The staff was AMAZING. Super friendly, talkative, and helpful. The location is nice. Do-able drive to Key West, and also Key Largo, and to groceries/restaurants. We explored the drink options and they were very good. Really comfy and clean beds. We slept with the doors wide open, so just literally sat up in bed and watched the sunrise. We loved watching the paragliders, and wished the weather had made it possible for us to try it. Next time!

The road noise gets on your nerves after awhile, but we slept with the doors wide open, so somewhat expected. They are working on the beach/water access and I encourage them to keep doing that. Nature is against the effort, however so it's an uphill battle. I mean, the Keys is not where you want to go if you want pristine beaches, so just be aware of what you are getting into. We thought it would be nice to have more affordable breakfast options. Simple grab and go pastries/yogurt/fruit would go a long way. We had a usable kitchen, but I was annoyed to have to buy EVERYTHING. They should stock it with some basics like S&P, sugar, plastic wrap, sugar. Just leave stuff from previous tenants and eventually you will have a usable kitchen. Also, add a cookie sheet/pizza pan so we could have made pizza.

We truly luved grassy flats, they treated very special, the staff were very friendly and helpful Drew, Jordan, Mckenzie, Kaden were absolutely wonderfull, a small piece of paradise, we luv u guys

We loved our time at Grassy Flats resort including the stunning ocean view from our private balcony, the adults only pool surrounded by fabulous Caribbean plants and trees, friendly and helpful staff, and a great on-site restaurant. The room was well apportioned, quiet, and comfortable.

We were there in the August off-season and the beach had been recently re-dredged. The beach is also small but typical for the Keys.

Loved the privacy. We practically had the whole place to ourselves. The pool was clean and nicely done with the tropical feel. Absolutely adores Cory, our breakfast hostess. Coffee was free upstairs on the terrace and we bought several of our breakfast meals there. Just right.

The only negative was the sargassum seaweed that was present at all the beaches in the Keys. Nasty doesn’t even begin.

We were quite surprised when we arrived at 2.15 that to our amazement our room was ready! as we had had a long drive we were more than happy to have our bubble burst then to be told we would have to pay extra for the 45 minutes which we declined! Great customer service NOT! Unfortunately there was a horrible smell, the staff said it was the seaweed. it was a problem with the tide that they had no control about. I think it would be helpful if they mention this when you book.
