Tranquility Bay Resort

Everything was clean and neat. The staff on every end was so kind. We had the air conditioner go down and it was fixed immediately. The toilet paper holder broke and was soon fixed. Our coffee machine broke and it was taken care of for us. Our room was kept clean and well stocked at all times.

I am disabled. There were no grab bars in the bathroom and shower. Also , it would have been nice for a walkway down to the beach close to the water for a wheelchair. It was not possible to enjoy the sunsets

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting.

Based on the hotel’s name, we imagined a Tranquility stay. There are countless villas on the resort grounds where it was quiet and peaceful. Despite this, a noisy family that shouted until dawn was placed in the villa next to ours. The family consisted of about 20 people, who were, of course, staying in other villas, but they partied right in front of our villa and in our garden. Even though we told the staff that they were breaking all the hotel rules, they did nothing about it. So we didn't get any sleep at all during the two nights we spent there.
