Right location staff is very cooperative breakfast is excellent with lots of choice of different dishes.

Breakfast was very good. Room was small and clean. Location not so good.

Unprofessional attitude of staff. There was a problem with the a/c; they were not unable to fix the problem after more than 2 hours of trying in two attempts. Then I had to ask for a room change, which they provided. That would have been the end of it. At 10:10 pm (when I was sleeping and recovering from jet lag) they rang my doorbell and offered dinner as compensation for the inconvenience, which I politely declined. At the outset this gesture was made with good intention, but a professional thing would be to ask first and ask what the customer would like to eat. And ask via text messaging (we had exchanged messages earlier) or even call on phone prior to ringing the door bell. All these after I had dinner at 7:30 pm that was ordered from the hotel restaurant and the staff offering dinner at 10:10 pm had seen me eating at 7:30 pm in the room that had a/c issues.

GOOD SERVICE IN THE BREAK FAST AND IN PREMIUM LOUNGE .THEY TAKE CARE WELL,ESPECIALLY THE CHEF MR.SANTOSH KOTARI,TAKES CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS WELL,ASKING ABOUT THE TASTE OF FOOD. DEFINITELY I RECOMMEND THE CUSTOMERS NOT TO MISS BREAKFAST AT THIS HOTEL.

THE CHECKIN WAS DELAYED, LOW STAFF IN FRONT LINE SECTION. AND THEY DONT RETURN THE CHANGE AT CAFFETRIA WHICH IS IN NEAR RECEPTION.ESPECIALLY THE ROOMS ARE NOT THAT MUCH CONVENIENT IN OPERATING THAT TO PREMIUM ROOMS.

Overall it was comfortable stay.

Service, food, staff, ambience, cleanliness, professionalism of the staff there. Making sure your guest is happy and satisfied and you did a great job at that. Thank you
