Good location for a short stay
There was a problem to get back security deposit, it did not work automatically as promised and had to write repeatedly to get it back. Took more than a month since our stay there

The apartment was really nice, clean and beds were comfortable and exceeded our expectation.

1. Location : about 6-7 minutes walk to Verona Arena
Host tried to charge, using my credit card credentials without my approval nor prior notification, 35eur fee because we left the trash in the garbage bin and for not washing the dishes ourselves. Upon my complain transaction has been reversed.
It was a surprise since apartment has been left in same condition as upon entry with no damage and no dirt, nor garbage on the floor or anything similar.
During booking, I opted to pay upon arrival, however host charged me immediately upon booking, few days prior to arrival?! When I asked why over whatsapp, host ignored my question - never replied.
I did not suffer damage, however not a pleasant experience to see someone use your card info and money deducted when you are not expecting.
Price was definitely not worth the overall experience and stress over extra charge attempt issue. Stay was just 2 nights.

very helpful staff, super clean apartment. location was close to the center and parking was available on the street for a standard fee. close to a big supermarket where you can shop for breakfast or anything else you might need. lots of restaurants around, walking distance from the arena.
was missing a kettle or a tea pot, which is something essential for a middle eastern family :)

The location were great, the staff is very kind. The apartment is spacious
The matress are hard.had a backache after!
The utensils like caserole are only in small sizes(.we were in a large number).

We particularly liked the location. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern , light and airy. Check in was easy, with the host Eduardo. Also the apartment was within walking distance of all the main attractions.

The facilities were a bit minimal. There was no kettle, couldn't figure out how to get the induction job to work and bizarrely no wifi. There was also no map of the town provided which would have been useful. There was also a bit of a hard sell for a local restaurant.
