Staff were so friendly and helpful. The view from the room is breathtaking and the restaurant is very decent.

Food and drink are not that cheap. The bathroom is a bit cramped and everything gets wet when you shower.

I stayed at Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Vietnam. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature, overlooking the peaceful lake, and offering the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with yourself. What I will remember most, however, is not only the breathtaking scenery but the incredible kindness of the people. A special thank you goes to the girl at the reception, whose warm smile, genuine care, and kindness made me feel welcome from the very first moment. She made me feel at home. The same goes for the entire staff. Every smile, every greeting, and every small gesture felt sincere and heartfelt. Their hospitality was natural and authentic, making my stay even more special and never alone. The restaurant was also a wonderful experience, serving delicious local dishes with a beautiful view over the lake that made every meal unforgettable. If you are looking for a place where breathtaking nature meets genuine hospitality, I couldn’t recommend Mai Chau Hideaway Lake Resort more. It’s one of those rare places that you remember not only for what you see, but for how it makes you feel.
