The rooms are very spacious and clean. Good location if you’re wanting away from noise at night, around a 15-20 minute walk to the old quarter. There are also lots of nice food spots and cafes in the area.
Staff were very kind and helpful.
For how luxurious the rooms were I felt that the bathroom could have been nicer and cleaner.

Lovely fancy hotel, staff were very accommodating and friendly. Tom was great and helped us with our bags. Beautiful rooms, very clean. Great value for money.
One of toilets did get blocked and it couldn’t be fixed untill the next morning but there’s a toilet in the lobby so it was okay.

Beautiful property hidden in a alley. It was everything we needed for the night. Clean, large rooms with a washer machine and a rack to dry you clothes. The staff was super nice and helpful the entire time. We were taking the night train to Sapa and they kept our luggage in the hotel until is was time for us to depart. They were awesome! It’s also super close to the museum of literature and other fun places
The shower of our room needs some drain cleaning. It took a long time for the water to drain
