Great hotel with a nice room, superb breakfast on the 9th floor with city views. Hotel is on top location, right in the center of the old quarter. Staff is extremly friendly and helpful - thanks to Ms Rose, Mr Thomas and Ms Tracey. Great experience! We‘ll be back.
All was superb.

Very clean, excellent facilities. Air con!
Super attentive and friendly staff, but not overwhelming. Room was superb. Location great for Train Street and other attractions.

We started our trip to Vietnam at this hotel and were absolutely blown away, especially by the wonderful staff! The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean, but it was the team’s warmth and kindness that truly won us over.
We were checking out the day before our birthday, and the staff surprised us that morning with a cake, candles, and a lovely rendition of “Happy Birthday.” They explained that they knew our birthday was the following day, but wanted to celebrate with us before we left. Such a thoughtful gesture!
A wonderful start to our trip and a stay we will always remember. Highly recommended!
The hotel is on a maim road
