Hanoi L'Heritage Hotel & Gym - Spa

I think this is one of the best location in the Old Quarter. Also, the places to eat recommendations from the hotel map and staff are outstanding! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was huge! There was a great view at breakfast and from our balcony.

We are especially thankful to the amazing staff, in particular Rose the manager, front desk staff at check-in (16 Sep) and Trung from the Tour desk who went out of their way to ensure we have all our needs met. They helped us sort out miscommunication with our next upcoming hotel, make last-minute requests arrangements, arrange for transport to and from Tam Coc and made sure that it's the best value, and always ensuring that we are well and safe. We will highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here.

When I informed the receptionist that my flight back home was early in the morning, they prepared breakfast at 5 AM and provided it for me to take on my departure. They also checked if I had any food or drink allergies and prepared warm tea, bread, yogurt, and even fruit. It was a hotel with outstanding service. I am grateful.

Staff are very friendly. Location within the old quarters. Rooms are just old.

Only stay one night and left at 4am for Sapa. Bathrooms are old and dark.
