Great service the staff are lovely and remember you personally each time you go in and out of the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean and in a great location to see everything in Hanoi. We returned to the property again during our staff and were greeted kindly. Would definitely recommend if staying in Hanoi!

Jasmine did all she could to help us out in our first hours in Vietnam, setting up a sim for my friend, always being kind and with a big smile, close to many places, gives you a great taste of Hanoi’s busy lifestyle, great value as the breakfast was so nice
