Good location in the middle of the old quarter
The hotel is so small, room really small for 3 people. Some staff are nice, other a bit rude.

We spent most of our time outside exploring Hanoi, but it was always nice to come back to the hotel. The interior has a warm atmosphere and the staff were genuinely pleasant. Breakfast gave us plenty of options in the morning, and the location made it easy to find dinner later in the day. Nothing felt unnecessarily complicated, which we appreciated.

The exterior gives a slightly misleading first impression because the frontage is quite narrow. Once inside, however, the hotel feels considerably more spacious. The upper floors have more room than we expected, and the different room types give the property a surprisingly broad range of accommodation. We liked the cozy design and found the atmosphere very welcoming.

Location was central,water pressure was good, could flush toilet paper,breakfast was sufficient
Duvet extra bedding was filthy and air con was either ice cold or nothing
No slippers just old used jandals
Loud clattering noises from getting breakfast ready from 5.45 every day
Quality was more like a hostel ,but from what I saw this is pretty standard with the old boutique hotels in old quarter.
Just don’t expect luxury,I would give it 2 stars not 3
And it wasn’t exactly cheap for Vietnam ,cost me $150 nzd a night!,
