I had a smooth check-in when I arrived. The front desk team were friendly and explained everything clearly, including the basic information I needed for my stay. They didn’t make the process feel complicated or take longer than necessary. I was able to get my room and settle in quite quickly, which I really appreciated after travelling. They also answered my questions without any problem and made me feel welcome from the start.

Location within the heart of old quarter. Lake, Cathedral, night market, train street and Dong Xuan Market are all nearby. All waking distance.
Everything is good. Staff also were helpful.

We booked an overnight boat cruise through the tour desk in the lobby, and the lady there was incredibly helpful. She explained the options clearly and helped us choose a cruise that turned out to be fantastic. Having a reliable travel desk right at the hotel was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time. The hotel itself was central, modern, and very clean, making it a great base for exploring Hanoi.

The location, the clean room, and the comfy bed. The street outside is noisy but does not reach the room.
The staff seemed a little disorganised at times. Some were genuinely friendly and helpful, particularly Max, while others appeared less attentive or engaged. The bathroom was extremely small, and the layout made simple things like applying make-up quite difficult.
