The only thing better than the A+ location was the A++ hotel staff! Especially Yen, who really went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed from transportation to local restaurant recommendations. Honestly grateful to her and the team of staff for making my stay in Hanoi as memorable as possible.

Really central location in the old quarter. The staff were exceptional with organising everything I needed, from transport and activities to the restaurants the locals eat at. They really made my first trip to Hanoi a very memorable one. I'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible every day.
The best part was the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful, always making us feel welcome.
A special thank you to Mr. Peter for all his support and for organizing our wonderful Ninh Binh tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
If we return to Hanoi, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Not much
Staff try very hard to sell their services such as airport transport (which is twice of grab) and travel package (keep asking my schedule). Fake window so no natural sunlight. Shower area is not functioning well.
