Great hotel in the heart of Hanoi, swimming pool was so needed in the heat, breakfast was lovely.

The pool area is a little tired and it would be good to have complimentary water available there!

The hotel is well located. It has a generous pool (with limited seating area) and a very generous breakfast and lobby area. staff really try to help and the rooms and shared spaces are really clean, well maintained making it a really great escape from the hustle and chaos of Hanoi

We checked in and were given a room with window facing a concrete wall. We were told this was what we booked (it wasn't) and we we checked this at reception. After a little hustling we were given an upgrade - although it wasted a bit of our time and wasn't the best arrival - it was sorted by welcoming and helpful staff. Look out for the windowless/concrete wall room The only other issue is the limited seating space on the roof - by the pool.

location was perfect in the old quarter . everything walking distance from the hotel . perfect location . also had a infinity pool which serves alchohol.

only problem is with the location as it’s in a crowded area as in the CENTER .

We liked our stay a lot. The pool was nice with a great look over Hanoi, the rooms were lovely, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked wonders, the rooftop bar was quite nice with entertainment some of the days, the staff was extremely helpful and even helped us with an issue we had with our next booked hotel.

The pool area has very little seating spots so some people leave even though they wanted to be at the pool. The worst part is we noticed that if you pay money you can go to the pool even though you are not a guest at the hotel. This is very unfortunate and the staying guests should be priority, there is not even enough spots by the pool for the guests

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The swimmingpool was great, overlooking the city and we loved the breakfest. also the location is geat.

If we would come back, we would make sure of getting a different room. We stayed in room 209 with a window without light because of an outside wall blocking everything.

This hotel was amazing! Everything was perfection. We used facilities including roof top bar, infinity pool, spa, viatnamese restaurant and it was flawless. Buffet breakfast is amazing with great variety & location was central. Beds were the absolute comfiest!

The hotel is beautiful with amazing attention to detail. Rooms were super comfy (shame about the soundproofing). Rooftop pool has incredible views and the skyline bar is not to be missed (especially during happy hour). Most sights are walkable from the hotel.

Given that this hotel is relatively new it's surprising the walls are so thin. It wasn't horrendous but you can hear the people next door chatting.

The staff was incredible! My partner and I could not be more thankful for the Spa Staff who took care of me while I had a fainting incident. Everyone was very patient, caring and professional. We definitely made new friends at the Hotel! Amazing Breakfast Buffet with plenty of choice of food from different Cousines. The location was great, we could reach all the best spots by walk. We can't wait to be back even just to say hi to the staff!

A very clean and central hotel. The location was smack in the centre of town, walking distance to many attractions. The entrance was unassuming, but the hotel was nice. breakfast great. Lunch at the restaurant was spectacular.

Pool was small, but not a resort, so didn’t spend time in the pool anyway.

Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was accommodating, they need some training re-service.

This hotel claims to be the first 5* in Hanoi and even though the price tag is there, I don’t think the hotel is yet. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the main lobby area but our room was very underwhelming. We stayed in room 301 which was between some sort of staff room and the staff only elevator so there was a lot of noise from 7am onwards. There was also a lot of maintenance work going on on Monday 10/04 which had us up very early (sounded like drilling). Our toilet and shower cubicles both had mould around the floor tiles too! We used the facilities on the roof top, both the pool and the bar and these weren’t at a 5* standard either. The pool is really small and there are only 8 loungers which are super close together. Despite them being full, no staff offered us the lounge cushions which I found inside near the sauna but they were very quick and pushy about us ordering drinks whilst we were using the facilities. The bar has a good happy hour but it was a good 15/20 minute wait per drink. The drinks themselves were excellent though and they make a top notch Negroni! I think they need to make a couple of tweaks to get this place up to standard and it definitely could be there with some changes but as it currently is, there are more affordable and equally nice hotels around the old town.

Absolutely exquisite hotel, staff were amazing and the breakfast was absolutely incredible.

It is stunning, rooms are beautiful with very comfortable beds and location is excellent with friendly staff.

The gym was supposed to open at 7am, but wasn’t opened until 9am which meant we didn’t have time to use it forever we left. It took way too long to get served at the rooftop bar.

my only complaint was the downstairs restaurant the food was great bu just devoid of any atmosphere they should use the partitioning to make the room smaller dim the lights a bit and improve the mood and music
