The staff in this hotel are exceptionally courteous, friendly and helpful. They make each guest feel special. They truly appreciate each guest’s custom and thank you for choosing their hotel. The hotel is a haven of peace and tranquility in a city that is bustling with activity and chaotic. The decor throughout is dark and elegant. The hotel entrance and foyer set the tone, with a baby grand piano and large ceiling fans reminiscent of colonial times.
I could have done with a note pad and pen in the bedroom. My laundry was not delivered by 6pm as outlined on the request form. These are very minor issues.

What an amazing way to finish our holiday in Vietnam at this beautiful modern take on a classic 'old world' architecture and design situated right in the middle of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. All aspects of the stay exceeded our expectations and special thanks to Lyn at Front Desk who always helped us with any questions.

Hotel is well positioned the restaurant is excellent the staff and service is first rate. Had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was very good no complaints I would stay here again without question.
Hotel doesn’t have a pool as there is nowhere to put one but as Hanoi is very hot and humid it would have been nice to cool off.
