La Sinfonía Majesty Hotel and Spa

Fabulous location! Great rooms!

Everything was perfect!

We loved our stay. The staff was very kind and attentive, especially Bebe at reception and the manager of the restaurant (though I can't remember his name). For example, my fiance does not eat pork, and the staff literally came up to him unprompted during breakfast to warn him that something on my plate was pork, so if we were sharing (which we were), he should avoid that item. The room was even nicer and bigger than we expected, and we were already impressed with the photos. The bed was especially comfortable and they regularly refreshed the towels using a very easy button system to let staff know when you needed a refresh. The location was very central and we had such a nice time walking from the hotel to the lake as well as basically all tours we went on. We also thought the breakfast was delicious and loved the view from the rooftop bar. If we come back to Hanoi, we'd definitely stay here again!

The wifi could be improved, but I've noticed that seems to be an issue most places nearby, so I'm not sure that is the hotel's fault.

All of staffs are kind and very helpful! Location is also nice, easy to explore heart of Hanoi :)
