It was a great location. I could walk to many places. A lot of restaurants nearby. The room was pretty big. Quiet. The staffs are very friendly. Include the breakfast option. It's good. I will probably stay here again.
I guess it's most of the places in Vietnam. The room is not very clean. It's clean enough. But no other complains.

location was perfect, close to the Lake in the middle of the Old Quarters. All attractions are within walking distance.
Room was big and spacious, big shower
we stayed on the 8th floor but the elevator only went up to the 6th floor so we had to walk up 2 flight of stairs to reach our room. Our breakfast (included) was served in a hotel 20 meters down the road. Their restaurant was on the 9th floor and the elevator only went to the 7th floor, so another 2 flights of stairs to walk up.

Good location. Lots of choice at breakfast (although this was at a different hotel a couple of minutes walk away).
Our room was next to reception and this was very noisy. We had lots of rain whilst we were there and did wake to a strong unpleasant smell

The staff were helpful and friendly.
Our room had one window only and it opened on to a view of bricks and water pipes so it was kept shut. It was quite an old hotel which showed, especially in the bathroom, old elevator etc. We really only needed the room to sleep and keep our things in as we were out most of the time so in that respect it was value for money.
