Light switches (located behind the mattress) for turning off at night in queen bed format is strange. Suggest some form of notice or signage be provided as heard a number of others being unable to locate them.

Female staff on our check-in was really friendly and nice. The hotel itself was nice, comfortable and we enjoyed our stay here up until our check-out experience

Unfortunately, our departure left a very bad taste in our mouths due to an accusatory interaction with a male staff member. Because of an early flight, we checked out the night before. During checkout, he repeatedly questioned us about a missing laundry bag and a room adapter. Despite telling him clearly the first time that we did not take the laundry bag (we left it inside one of the bottom bedroom drawers) and that our room never even came with an adapter, he came back a couple of minutes later to ask the exact same questions. He went as far as saying he "saw us use it" for outside laundry, it came back with our clean laundry then I left it in one of the bottom drawers. It felt incredibly unprofessional, accusatory and defensive instead of them simply doing a thorough room check first. I asked him if they found it but didn't get an answer. They have plenty of time to check the room until our grab car came. Quick to accused us but apparently hard to quickly check the room. It ruined what was otherwise a lovely stay.
