Guys, if you are looking for an amazing place to stay. Dont think twice and just booked it.
Not too far away from centre, Old Quarter like 10m walk.
Staff are extremely friendly and lovely.
I had opportunity to met most of the front of house team, had a chat with them and brought them mixed fruits too.
Duy, Linh, Mi, Huy, Mai Anh and Hau - They are truly assets to the company, and I’m sure they will go far and achieve great things in their careers.
Nothing at all.

非常棒，装修很好，房间干净，每天打扫，早餐很丰富，楼顶有一个小泳池水质很好，mai anh & hau是前台两个小姐姐服务很周到

Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel with an excellent buffet breakfast. Staff very friendly and Ms Mai Ahn helped us with bus to Sapa

The staff were so helpful and kind especially My and Mai Anh the girls were very helpful and informative about things to do during our stay in Hanoi.
