L'Heritage Premium Hanoi Central

Super friendly staff. Very clean. Nice food. Excellent air conditioning. Amazing roof top pool area. Wishing walking distance to night markets and main shopping areas.

This is a relatively new hotel but it’s more 4 star than 5 star. I stayed here at the end of my three week trip to Vietnam for 1 extra night in Hanoi before my long haul flight home. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was for the roof top pool and sun loungers. This area of the hotel is lovely and after being granted a late check out to 2pm (I was so appreciative of this) I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing here before using my room to freshen up and explore Hanoi again. The breakfast was very poor but the evening meal was very good. My bedroom and bathroom were small and the decor wasn’t 5 star but it was clean and fresh. The staff in this hotel are lovely and will do anything to make your stay enjoyable. While the hotel doesn’t exude pure luxury I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a very good 4 star offering.

One of the nicest, most comfortable hotel I've stayed at. From the minute I arrived I was greeted at my car. Miss My Bui helped me from the minute I arrived at check in. Advising me where to go to eat traditional food. Booking tours for me and making sure everything was perfect. My Bui would message me and check in if I needed anything, if the tour was OK or just a simple reminder of what time the tour would leave. The breakfast was unbelievable. The staff could not be more helpful On my last night Amelia brought a farewell and thank you cake for me. I know next year when I return. I'll be booking at Lheritage Premium Hanoi Central again Thank you to all the team. They definitely do things so professionally. Always smiling always helping

Excellent location, great staff service, highly recommended.
