Casa Valentina Hanoi Hotel

Our 4 day stay at casa valentina with family exceeded all our expectations. All our rooms were large and street facing. The location is right in the Old Quarters, a few minutes walk from all the places to see and shop! The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Jimmy and Elina. They even helped us book excursions and transport at competitive rates. They were always ready to help and guide me with a smile! The housekeeping staff was also too good. We would always return to super clean, fresh smelling rooms! The breakfast was tasty and ample too. I can, without hesitation, recommend this place for an excellent stay in Hanoi.

I had a perfect stay at Casa Valentina, the staff is very kind, accommodating and welcoming and it is not often the case in Hanoi. My room was spacious and bright, very comfortable and clean. I had a quiet night sleep and aircon was a good relief from the temperatures outside! Many restaurants in the surroundings, and some less touristic shops. Only few minutes walk to the markets and main attractions. The hotel also hosts a travel company if you want to book trips with them. We were at the last night of our journey.

Common areas are small but it is not a problem.

We loved the service, no ask was too big or too small. Jimi was exceptional, even buying some toys for our children. The room was large enough to accommodate our baby, toddler and us.
