A well presented hotel in the old quarter, within easy walking distance to all the sights and sounds of Hanoi. The staff were excellent and welcoming, helping us check in with tea and fruit, taking all our bags to the room and recommendations on where to get food after late arrival, and also helping with our bus transfer booking by contacting the company for us.We had a family room which had a great view, and enough space for our needs. The facilities in the room and hotel were good and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice, with western and Asian options which kept everyone fed and happy. Would stay again as it's a great location and hotel.
We only stayed for one night, so it was hard to find anything we weren't happy with. Everything suited out needs.

The welcoming service 10/10!
The welcome drinks and fruits. The warm service to collect our bags from the taxi, to holding the umbrellas over me as I walked from taxi to reception. Staff were 10/10. James greeted us on day one because of him we rebooked again. Lewis and the girls ( Sue, Chloe, Mia, Tina), service was 10/10 that set the tone for high quality service. Thank you

The hotel is located in Hanoi Old Quarters. It is close to Hoan Kiem lake, the market and train street. There's heaps of amazing cafes nearby.
The staff were kind, friendly, accomodating and helpful. They are super organised and had a detailed list of safety measures for guests while travelling in and around Hanoi. The service was top notch which made my stay really comfortable.
The room i stayed in was spacious and bright. It had wide windows overlooking the city. The room had comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom.
The hotel offered complementary breakfast which was amazing as well.
To all the staff who looked after me and my friend during our time in Hanoi, a massive thank you! You guys went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
