The room was a good size, clean with comfortable beds and a large bathroom with excellent shower. There was a lovely, friendly and knowledgeable staff member at reception during the day named Jamie who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Location makes it easy to move around the Old Quarter.
We booked this property based on the pool. Unfortunately we found the pool water to be quite mirky in appearance and did not appear well maintained which was disappointing. On arrival after midnight, we were not greeted by staff as both were on their mobile phones speaking. When the person on reception eventually finished their call, they simply said "passports". The desk was very unorganised, with paper and a plate of food. It took sometime to check us in which was unwelcomed at that hour travelling with a child and were told to sit and wait in the restaurant. The table in front of us had dirty glasses and dishes on it. We were then told the lift was broken and to take the stairs. The stairs were used for storage and not safe to be walking up and down. Sadly, it wasn't the best welcome and let our stay down. Breakfast was very basic.

The location is centre, furnitures are new and modern.
The breakfast was not really good. I think there can be some improvements.
