The cleanliness of the room and the satisfaction with the breakfast were wonderful, but the staff's response exceeded those and made for a fantastic and comfortable stay. It was also great that I could take a shower after checking out when I returned to pick up my luggage after sightseeing.

The room was very clean and had a stylish atmosphere. It felt refreshing, and I was able to relax the moment I stepped in. The staff were all kind and greeted us with smiles, which was very pleasant. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and there was delicious coffee as well. The location was also convenient, close to Hoan Kiem Lake for sightseeing. It was quiet at night, allowing for a restful stay. Considering the quality of service and comfort of the room, I believe this price is truly a great deal. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again when I come to Hanoi.

This was my first stay here and honestly I was a little unsure before coming because the price was so reasonable, I wasn’t expecting much. But I was completely surprised — the hotel felt genuinely luxurious for what I paid, the room was big, location was perfect and everything was just so well maintained. The staff were amazing, especially the front desk and concierge, and Mr. James was exceptionally good and really made the stay feel personal. Breakfast was also excellent and honestly, I had nothing to complain about — everything was so good that I would happily stay here again without thinking twice.

Only downside for me was that there aren’t many amenities to really enjoy at the hotel, so if you’re looking for lots of facilities, it may feel a little limited. But honestly, for the price, location, room and service, it’s a very small complaint and didn’t take away from my overall experience.
