The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast had a lot of buffet options and a menu you could order from, all included. The room was very nice and clean and big. The location is convenient in the old quarter near everything. They even let us checkin early and on our early checkout had a breakfast to go.

The bed was very comfortable. The room (707) was very quiet.
The bathroom area was huge and looked newly installed, for more than one traveller the toilet could be used in privacy whilst someone else was taking a shower.
The toaster in the breakfast room actually worked very well.
No milk provided for a cup of tea, though this could be requested from reception. I was unable to extinguish the light in the "wardrobe" area and this shone directly onto the bed.
Breakfast is geared completely towards the Asian visitor. There is an a la carte menu which might be better, but I chose the buffet and if you want a cup of hot tea it has to be specially made for you. The bacon was nice but the sausages were frankfurters.
