Fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms are well appointed and comfy. Great spot for doing all the sites, great atmosphere and staff are really helpful and thoughtful
Nothing, it was all excellent

A great stay at this centrally located hotel. While it is right in the heart of the old quarter, the room is very quiet. It is a large airy room with a comfortable bed and the air conditioning worked wonderfully well. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and have a plush feel. The staff are super friendly, helpful and courteous. I also used the spa services for a pedicure and found it to be a very quiet relaxing space away from the Hanoi bustle. Breakfast was provided and there was a good choice of eastern and western food with eggs cooked to order and barista coffees.
