So clean and check in process was best I’ve ever experienced. So thorough, quick. Heidi checked us in both days and was phenomenal!! Exceptional customer service and was so nice!

From the moment we landed in Vietnam until the moment we left, the manager and staff were excellent. They made sure we got to the property safely . This property is conveniently centered in the Old Quarter and is a quick walk to shops, restaurants and historical sites. They also have a fantastic restaurant and bar on site the and delicious Vietnamese food as well as Western inspired cuisine.

The location worked really well for us. It was still close enough to the Old Quarter to walk around and explore, but the area was much quieter, which we really appreciated. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay, especially the reception team. They gave us some good recommendations for local places to eat and visit, which helped us experience a bit more of the area. It was nice getting suggestions from people who actually knew the neighbourhood.

The hotel staff was excellent from booking until check out. Communication regarding airport shuttles, late check outs, and a room change were handled clearly. The location is great, , perfect for our needs. The value is fabulous! We enjoyed two rooms for 3 nights . The airport shuttle was a great perk since we were new to Vietnam.

"Posizione in una via tranquilla del old quarter lontana dal casino delle vie principali, la colazione non è servita nella struttura ma vicino nella piazza della chiesa c'è un ristorantino a due piani ..."
