This is a fantastic hotel with excellent customer service, clean rooms, and a convenient location in the heart of the old town. They also offer tour booking services and amazing massages. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and are very grateful for all the support during our trip. Henry, Elena, and Huy were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist us whenever we needed anything.
Their warm hospitality made us feel very comfortable — honestly, it felt like staying at home rather than just at a hotel.
We were also especially impressed with the tours arranged by the hotel. The Ha Long Bay and Ha Giang tours were both excellent quality, very well organized, and surprisingly affordable. Everything was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
A big thank you to Henry, Elena, and Huy for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and its tours to other travelers!
