The location is hard to beat, right in the center of Hanoi with many interesting places nearby. We could easily reach the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Opera House without spending much time on the road. There were also lots of restaurants and cafés around, so it was easy to find somewhere to eat after a day of sightseeing.

I highly recommend giving this hotel a try! The front desk staff were especially delightful - friendly, cheerful, and had a great sense of humor, morning our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after during my stay. I found the staff very friendly and helpful from the beginning. They were always willing to help when I had a question or needed something. I also liked that everything was kept simple and easy, so I could just relax and enjoy my stay.

Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help when I needed something. One night, I came back quite late and they had already gone to bed, but they still woke up to greet me warmly and make sure I could get back to my room without any problems. I really appreciated that, especially as they could have easily just gone back to sleep. Their attitude made the place feel much more personal and welcoming.
